  2. Hi there,

  4.  For TT#21, you have to track a Soundtracker module. It's a .MOD with use
  5. of 4 channels and some special rules (stated below, thanks for the info,
  6. Gryzor). Soundtracker was the first module-tracker around in the scene, 
  7. it came in 1987/88 and had 2 sample sets included. So all of the samples
  8. this time are from them, also known as ST-01 and ST-02.

  10. Soundtracker Module limitations :

  12. It's forbidden to use the "evoluted" effects of the trackers!
  13. ie you can just use the original effects available in the 1st Soundtracker:

  15. 0 : arpeggio
  16. 1 : portamento up
  17. 2 : portamento down
  18. C : change volume
  19. D : pattern break
  20. F : set tempo (no CIA allowed! only 01 to 1F)

  23. This way, the mods will really sound like '88 oldies! Do you see? :-)

  25. Also, very important, we can't use more than the original 3 octaves of
  26. Amiga sound/noise/protracker! (C-4, C-5, C-6)

  28. Remember it has to be a 4CH MOD, so forget all envelpoes and pingpong 
  29. looping, now we're playing the hard game. :>. Take it as a challenge
  30. to impress on your friends.. (uhh..?). Now go and track, if you need
